The calendar helps you keep your appointments. The agenda consists of three levels. These are marked in color.
- Yellow: These are your own events. This you can track and manage.
- Red: These are events which are used by Priva BV. This means you are always aware of what meetings are organized by Priva BV.
- Green: These are items which Priva BV software can be completed. Think of maintenance items.
New agenda item added:
You can add a new item on the dates that you need to click.
Title: This text will be displayed in the calendar
Text: This is additional and explanatory text. That you see when you open the agenda item.
Date from: Specifies the date when the agenda item starts. You can manually enter this date in the proposed format xx-xx-20xx. You can also date from the calendar at the bottom of the page selcteren.
Date To: Specifies the date when the agenda item stops.
You can browse the calendar overrule the bar at the bottom of the page.
The current month is above the calendar. The month left of the bar last month and the month is right next Mon Alternatively, you can select the month in the bar.
